Pasta con Zucchini with Andrea Trapani

Made some short, fun cooking movies with my dear old amico, Andrea, on a recent trip to the UK. Andrea is an excellent cook and I wanted to document some of his recipes so I could recreate them once I got home. Andrea comes from a long line of great cooks, in particular his nonna Carolina, who had a successful trattoria in Vicenza, Italy, so his style is steeped in authentic Italian tradition but also very “modern casalinga.” Plus he’s funny and great on camera.
